The fees below cover the administrative support provided throughout the transaction process, including document management, timeline tracking, and communication. Our transaction coordination services for “Full-Service Transaction Management” are billed in two stages:

  • Transaction Setup Fee: Due at the start of services (Non-refundable administrative fee covering the initial preparation and setup of your transaction).

  • Final Administrative Fee: The final administrative fee is payable upon completion of all document input and administrative support tasks.

Cancellation Policy:
Our fees are based on time, tasks, and administrative work performed—not on the success or failure of the transaction. If the transaction is canceled before our final invoice date or milestone, we will forgo billing the remaining administrative fee as a courtesy. This waiver does not reflect a commission or success-based payment structure but rather acknowledges that services have concluded prematurely.

Payments are not contingent upon the success or closing of the transaction and remain due as stated in this pricing outline.
