Pricing

  • At SimplyTC, there are no long-term commitments. Here is a breakdown of our pricing structure:

    California: $500 per single side transaction ($5 processing fee applies)

    This is the total cost for transaction coordination services, which covers the entire process from opening to closing a transaction whether representing the buyer or the seller in the transaction.

    When you open a transaction: $375

    This fee is applicable when you initiate a new transaction and require our coordination services from the start until the transaction is closed.

    When you close a transaction: $250

    This fee is applicable when you reach the closing stage of a transaction, and our coordination services are needed for the final steps and paperwork.

    Please note that these prices are subject to change and may vary based on specific factors, such as the complexity of the transaction or additional services requested.

    Dual Agency Additional Fee: $250 (for adding the other side representation to the already open transaction.)

    If you, as an agent, represent both the buyer and the seller in a transaction, there is an additional fee of only $250. There is not a double fee for these services on the same transaction. Please contact our team directly to discuss the details and pricing for dual agency representation.
